Mandatory expences of € 350 up to 10 persons and € 450 for 15 persons.

- 1 small and large towel a person

- Cleaning

As well as all taxes and a normal usage amount of utilities (gas, water & electricity).

The reservation is confirmed if within 5 days the vacation rental agreement is signed and the booking deposit is received.

The remaining balance of the stay and the security deposit of 800 euros must be transferred no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

Au Marronnier is open from May 1st to September 30th.
